The Union Properties Cold Stores & Warehousing facility offers 7,000 metric tones of refrigerated space and a further 15,000 sq.m. area of dry warehousing units that can accommodate any consignment large or small.

Within the facility we provide forklift services, operators, container loading / unloading and the flexibility of daily, weekly, monthly or annual storage. With on-site technicians and operational staff accessible 24 hours a day, the stores can receive and manage goods at any time.

The facility is strategically located near the third interchange along Sheikh Zayed Road, for fast efficient distribution of cargo throughout the country and beyond.
