The Property Management division provides a comprehensive and cost-effective package of management services for all sectors of the property market including development management, residential & office management, retail management, rent reviews, facilities management and feasibilities.
These services are put into place at a very early stage, not only to maintain asset value, but also to achieve high levels of occupancy and tenant satisfaction. A professional and experienced team ensures all aspects of the properties are monitored and maintained to exacting standards as expected by Union Properties.
This division is very customer-oriented: members act as intermediaries between landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure the highest levels of service and communication. Market research, financial studies, rental reviews, feasibilities, marketing campaigns and retail analysis are some of the services performed within this division.
Covering residential, commercial, retail, leisure and industrial sectors, the division is fully versed in the leasing strategies applied within the region. All formalities, procedures and assistance are carefully implemented.
Once a tenant has been confirmed and formalities are complete, the division assumes responsibility for rent collection and renewals, management and facilities management. The Property Management division is responsible for all investment developments owned by Union Properties; while at the same time manages investment developments for third party owners.
